ShipTo (9422-3435 Québec inc.) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect on this site, why, how long we keep it and how to exercise your rights, in accordance with Québec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector.

For any question, request or complaint about your personal information, write to this address.
What we collect
When you request a quote: your name, your company name, your email address, and if you provide them, your phone number, website and message, along with your answers about your products, sales and needs.
When you fill in the "Let's stay in touch" form: your first name, your email address, your brand name if you provide it, and when you expect to start selling.
When you ask for a conversation about your warehouse: your name, company, email address, phone number if you provide it, your warehouse's region and your message.
When you browse the site: nothing. The site uses no cookies and no audience measurement tool.
We don't collect payment information on this site.
Why we use it
- To answer your request and prepare a quote.
- To write to you once, at the time you chose, if you filled in the "Let's stay in touch" form.
We don't sell your information or use it for other purposes without your consent.
How long we keep it
- Quote requests that don't lead to a contract: 12 months, then deleted.
- "Let's stay in touch" forms and warehouse conversation requests: 12 months, then deleted.
- If you become a client, your information is kept as set out in our service agreement.
Who has access
Only the members of our team who need it to answer you. We also use service providers to host this site and our data and to send our emails, including Amazon Web Services (hosting in Canada) and Microsoft 365 (email).
Some of these providers may process information outside Québec. Before allowing this, we assess the protection offered and govern the processing by contract.
If you click our booking link, you leave our site for Calendly's, which has its own privacy policy.
Your rights
At any time, you can:
- ask to access the information we hold about you;
- have it corrected if it's inaccurate or incomplete;
- withdraw your consent or ask us to delete it;
- ask us to send it to you in a structured, commonly used format.
Write to the person responsible for the protection of personal information. We reply within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
Cookies
Our site uses no cookies and no audience measurement tool. If we ever add one, a banner will let you accept or refuse it before it is turned on, refusing will be as easy as accepting, and this policy will be updated.
Changes
We'll update this policy as needed. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
