About us

Why ShipTo exists

Before ShipTo, Simon and Jonathan spent nearly ten years at a major pro audio brand. Simon sold across North America, then moved into operations: the warehouse, the carriers, the inventory. That's where sales were getting lost.

It left them with one conviction. A business lives on its sales, but only when the inventory is right, purchasing keeps up and orders ship on time. Otherwise you end up selling products you don't have. They'd had enough of that.

In 2020 they started ShipTo to be that warehouse for other businesses. They even opened their own online store, to learn Shopify and Amazon from the inside. With you, we talk about your goals (a new market, retailers, when to reorder), not just your parcels.

We understand your sales as well as your boxes.
