You sell. We handle the rest.
Your warehouse and your shipping team, in Repentigny, just outside Montreal.
A great partnership starts with a real conversation, not a price sheet.
Your time is worth more than that
You started your business to create, not to stand in line at the Canada Post counter.
Yet that's where your days go: packing, printing labels, stacking empty boxes in the garage "just in case." Meanwhile, nobody is designing your next product, getting you into a retailer or planning your Black Friday. It all happens at the last minute, between two orders.
We handle the logistics. Boxes? We have them. Each month, we bill only the ones your orders actually used. What we can't do is be your brand. That part is you.
Your time is limited. Put it where it grows your business.

What's a 3PL?
3PL means "third-party logistics": a company that stores your products and ships your orders for you. Here's what changes in your week:
- Your stock takes over the basement, or a unit you rent.
- You count what's left, by hand.
- You pack every order yourself.
- You pay counter rates for shipping.
- Lost parcel? You're the one on hold with the carrier.
- Your stock is on our shelves, counted.
- Your inventory is up to date in real time, in Arivo, your client portal.
- Orders come in from your store on their own, and we pack them your way.
- You ship at our high-volume rates.
- Lost parcel? We file the claim, not you.
You stay in control. We keep the boxes.

A partner who's been there
We don't just store your boxes. We want your whole supply chain to run smoothly, from your supplier to your customer. And what we've learned with other clients, you get too.
We hear it a lot: "They're talking about case packs, UPCs, EDI, ASN and a ton of weird stuff. Help!" We explain each requirement, prepare your cases, labels and shipments to their routing guide, and tell you clearly what's left on your side.
Some of them already sell at the retailer that approached you? You love another client's videos and want to talk to whoever runs their marketing? We make the introduction, with their OK.
Custom labels, box makers: we introduce you to the suppliers our clients have already tried.
Returns, preorders, shipping: we see what our clients use every day.
Bundles, gift sets: we help you set them up so they ship fast and restock without the guesswork.
Replenishment is calculated from your sales and each supplier's lead time.
You don't have to figure it all out on your own.
Isn't a 3PL just one more expense?
It's the question we hear most. No setup fees, and your quote details every charge. Before you compare, look at what doing it yourself already costs you.
Even at a small volume, you get the rates we negotiate on thousands of parcels, across about ten carriers. Often, those savings cover a good part of the packing.
Storage follows your stock: lots of products before a big sale, almost nothing left after? You pay for what's with us that month. A quiet month, with no sales and no stock, costs next to nothing.
No lease, no empty space to pay for, nobody to train before the holidays, no label printer acting up the night before Black Friday.
If we ship the wrong item, we replace it at our cost.
Before you call our invoice expensive, add all of that up.
